Job summary

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. is seeking a Senior GIS/CAD Technician for our NEOM project in Saudi Arabia.

The role focuses on closing out a major water infrastructure project by managing GIS, CAD, and as-built data, and coordinating with engineering, construction, and operations teams to ensure accurate, complete final records and handover packages. You will develop and verify CAD drawings and GIS datasets, maintain asset information, and produce maps and reports to support project close-out

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience in GIS, CAD, drafting, or engineering documentation roles supporting infrastructure projects.
Proven ability to manage GIS and CAD data and produce as-built documentation.
Experience with asset handover, documentation control, and close-out packages.

Responsibilities

Develop, update, and maintain CAD drawings, GIS datasets, and engineering records for project close-out.
Produce and verify as-built drawings from site information.
Prepare final handover packages with complete asset information.
Maintain geospatial databases and asset registers for water infrastructure assets.
Coordinate with engineering, construction, commissioning and quality teams to reflect completed works.
Perform quality checks to ensure compliance with project standards.
