Qiddiya Investment Company seeks an FP&A Manager for Operating Assets to lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning for parks, hotels, golf courses, and venues. You will partner with FBPs and asset teams to deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, performance monitoring, and governance to ensure data accuracy and informed executive decisions in a dynamic entertainment portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or business management.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, or ACCA are highly recognized.
• 7+ years experience in finance and FP&A in asset-intensive sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Support scenario planning for pre-opening, ramp-up, and stabilization phases.
• Track and analyze actual performance with variance analysis for leadership.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI and Anaplan with FBPs.
• Collaborate with finance partners and asset teams for decision support.
• Evaluate investment proposals and asset initiatives from a financial perspective.
