Qiddiya Investment Company seeks an accomplished FP&A Director to shape financial planning and analysis strategies in support of ambitious growth plans. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, partnering with executives and operations to drive data-driven decision making.

With 12+ years in FP&A, you will lead teams, build robust models, and deliver insightful financial presentations that guide strategic direction and operational excellence in a landmark development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's or CPA/CFA preferred).
• 12+ years in FP&A, ideally with large-scale projects or real estate development.
• Proven experience leading finance teams and managing FP&A processes.
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in finance software and advanced Excel is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A function: develop annual budgets, strategic forecasts, and financial models.
• Perform variance analyses and provide insights to senior management.
• Create and enhance reporting frameworks to track financial performance metrics.
• Collaborate with business units to align financial goals with strategic objectives.
• Identify improvements to financial processes and systems for efficiency and accuracy.
• Prepare detailed financial presentations for executives and stakeholders.
