Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks an FP&A Manager for Operating Assets to lead management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and performance monitoring across theme parks, hotels, golf courses and venues.

You will partner with FBPs and asset teams, develop dashboards with Power BI and Anaplan, and provide strategic financial recommendations to leadership to support decisions and drive asset performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or business management is required.
• 7+ years in finance and FP&A, preferably in asset-intensive sectors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgets, forecasts and long-term financial plans for operating assets.
• Support scenario planning for pre-opening, ramp-up, and stabilization phases.
• Provide variance analysis and actionable insights to FBPs and leadership.
• Develop dashboards and performance reports using Power BI and Anaplan.
• Collaborate with asset management and operating teams on financial insights.
• Assist investment proposals and pricing decisions from a financial perspective.
• Benchmark asset performance against industry standards and operational drivers.
• Ensure integration of operating assets’ financial data into FP&A tools and governance.
• Drive continuous improvement of financial processes and reporting.
