This pivotal role will be essential in shaping our financial planning and analysis strategies, ensuring we meet ambitious growth targets and operational excellence.

The FP&A Director will oversee budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and reporting, collaborating with executive leadership and operations

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Finance, Accounting or Economics required.
• Master’s degree or CPA/CFA preferred.
• Minimum 12 years in FP&A, preferably in large-scale projects or real estate.
• Proven leadership of finance teams and budgeting/forecasting experience.
• Strong financial modeling and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A with annual budgets, strategic forecasts and financial models.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to senior management.
• Create and enhance reporting frameworks to track financial performance.
• Collaborate with units to align financial goals with strategy.
• Identify improvements to financial processes and systems to drive efficiency.
• Prepare detailed financial presentations for executives and stakeholders.
• Stay informed on regulations, trends and industry developments.
