Job summary
Qiddiya Investment Company seeks aSenior Finance Business Partner to drive strategic financial decisions across assigned assets. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning, delivering actionable insights to executives and asset teams.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Professional certification (CPA, CMA, ACCA, CA, CFA) preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in finance business partnering, FP&A, asset management, or related finance function.
- Strong financial modelling, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Partner with asset and business leaders on strategic and financial decisions.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Monitor asset performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend improvements.
- Review business cases, investment proposals, and capital expenditure requests.
- Deliver financial analysis, reporting, and performance insights to management.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, controls, and governance requirements.
- Support cross-functional initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
