Qiddiya Investment Company seeks an experienced Senior Manager - Budgeting, Planning & Financial Analysis to lead the development, maintenance, and governance of financial models across a portfolio of strategic development projects. The role focuses on crafting robust models, driving investment analysis, and supporting senior leadership with decision-ready insights.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, investment analysis, or project finance.
Advanced Excel financial modeling skills and experience with DCF valuation.
Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain complex financial models including DCF and project finance models.
Lead project feasibility studies and evaluate investment opportunities.
Analyze project and portfolio performance using IRR, NPV, ROE, cash flow, and profitability metrics.
Prepare business plans, forecasts, and financial recommendations for management and investment committees.
Conduct sensitivity and what-if analyses to support strategic decision-making.
Challenge commercial and financial assumptions across development projects.
Prepare executive reports, investment memos, and presentations for senior stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement in financial modeling, reporting, and analytical processes.
