Job summary

Radiant Hospitality is seeking a Restaurant Manager for a premium lifestyle restaurant in Riyadh. You will lead the front-of-house team, own the guest experience and day-to-day dining room operations, reporting to the General Manager.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in FOH, 20+ staff leadership experience, and strong knowledge of service sequences, POS and rostering. Saudi Arabia experience is advantageous and visa sponsorship is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in FOH roles at premium or lifestyle restaurants.
• Experience leading a FOH team of 20+ in a high-volume venue.
• GCC experience preferred; Saudi Arabia experience advantageous.
• Strong command of sequence of service, table management and reservations strategy.
• Confident with POS, reservations and rostering platforms; cash control.
• Working knowledge of labour cost management and operational reporting.
• Fluent English; Arabic an advantage.
• Food hygiene certification preferred (e.g., HACCP Level 2/3).
• Strong F&B knowledge and leadership capabilities.
• Calm, organized, and commercially minded.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily front-of-house operations with a strong floor presence.
• Own the guest experience: feedback, reviews, reservations, VIP engagement.
• Partner with Head Chef on service pace, menu changes, and allergen communication.
• Recruit, train and develop FOH team; manage rotas and appraisals.
• Deliver revenue, average spend and labour targets; monitor variances.
• Maintain dining room, bar, terrace and entrance presentation; manage breakages and maintenance.
