Job summary

A leading biscuits and confectionery manufacturer in Saudi Arabia, based in Jeddah, seeks a Fleet Manager to oversee fleet and transportation across head office and regional branches.

You will ensure vehicle availability, preventive maintenance, regulatory compliance, and cost control for about 540 vehicles, directing a team of 3 direct and 4 indirect staff while coordinating with Sales, Supply Chain, Procurement and Finance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive fleet management experience.
• At least 5 years in a management role.
• Minimum 5 years in Saudi Arabia.
• Bachelor’s degree as stated.
• Saudi nationals only.

Responsibilities

• Lead fleet operations to meet vehicle requirements across head office and regions.
• Coach and develop the fleet team and regional service reporting.
• Ensure preventive maintenance, timely repairs, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain continuous insurance coverage and manage claims.
• Prepare annual fleet budgets and monitor expenses.
• Coordinate vehicle procurement, leasing and disposals.
• Ensure timely registrations and regulatory renewals.
