Job summary

TechGenies is seeking a Fleet Control Supervisor in Riyadh to oversee daily fleet activities, optimize utilization and ensure regulatory compliance across multiple transportation services. You will lead a team of drivers, coordinate with Operations, Maintenance and Finance, and drive data-driven decisions to improve service delivery.

The role requires 4–6 years in fleet/transport operations, strong leadership, Arabic and English proficiency, and familiarity with fleet systems and government

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Logistics preferred.
• 4–6 years in fleet management or transport/logistics operations in a similar environment.
• Strong supervision, coordination and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with fleet apps, GPS tracking and regulatory portals.
• Fluency in Arabic and English; strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily fleet activity to ensure availability and readiness for peak demand.
• Prepare and analyze fleet performance reports to support decisions.
• Monitor vehicle tracking and respond to delays or deviations.
• Coordinate permits, insurance, driver cards and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with transport regulations and internal governance standards.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance and Finance for planning and action plans.
• Develop automation-ready processes and dashboard improvements.
