Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management.
• At least 5 years focused on fit-out projects.
• Proven experience managing complex fit-out projects in commercial, residential, or hospitality sectors.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out construction methods, materials, and finishes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of fit-out projects.
• Lead the coordination between clients, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to specifications.
• Manage risks and resolve issues promptly.
• Conduct regular site inspections and meetings.
