Job summary

JASARA PMC in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Project Manager - Fit Out/Theming to lead interior fit-out and theming projects from initiation to completion. You will coordinate design, construction, and operations teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure safety and quality standards while maintaining strong client and contractor relationships.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in fit-out or interior construction, with proven multi-disciplinary leadership and proficiency in project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field is required.
• Proven experience leading fit-out/theming or interior construction projects.
• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and risk in complex projects.
• Familiarity with project management software and collaboration platforms.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and delivering fit-out and theming projects that meet client expectations and company standards. You will oversee all project phases from initiation through completion, ensuring effective coordination among design, construction, and operational teams. As Project Manager - Fit Out/Theming, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of interior fit-out and theming projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness. You will also manage relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders, facilitating smooth communication and collaboration to achieve the project\'s vision and goals.
