Job summary

ESG Emirates Stallions Group P.J.S.C. seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead interior fit-out projects across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will drive execution from mobilization to handover, coordinating design, planning, procurement, QA/QC, HSE, and site teams to deliver on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in interior fit-out, with strong cost control, contracts, and client management. PMP is a plus, plus proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in interior fit-out projects.
• Saudi Arabia/KSA project delivery experience preferred.
• PMP certification is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete life cycle of interior fit-out projects from mobilization to final handover.
• Develop and monitor execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate with Design, Planning, Procurement, Commercial, QA/QC, HSE, and Site teams.
• Review drawings, submittals, RFIs, and technical specifications before site execution.
• Monitor progress, manpower, procurement, and subcontractor performance.
• Lead progress meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Control costs, variation orders, and commercial issues with related teams.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, quality standards, and Saudi codes.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays and costs.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and oversee testing, commissioning, and handover.

Project Manager – Interior Fit‑Out

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the execution of interior fit‑out projects across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ensuring successful delivery from project award through final handover. The role requires strong technical expertise in project execution, planning, commercial coordination, and client management to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete life cycle of interior fit‑out projects from mobilization to final handover.
• Develop and monitor project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely project completion.
• Coordinate with Design, Planning, Procurement, Commercial, QA/QC, HSE, and Site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, and technical specifications before site execution.
• Monitor project progress, manpower utilization, procurement activities, and subcontractor performance.
• Conduct regular progress meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
• Manage project costs, variation orders, claims, and commercial issues in coordination with the Commercial and Quantity Surveying teams.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, HSE regulations, and Saudi building codes.
• Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays and cost overruns.
• Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports and oversee testing, commissioning, snagging, and project handover.

Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in interior fit‑out projects, with at least 5 years in a Project Manager role.
• Proven experience managing interior fit‑out projects within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
• Strong background in commercial, hospitality, residential, retail, corporate office, and luxury fit‑out projects.
• Experience working with developers, consultants, contractors, and Project Management Consultants (PMCs).
• Good knowledge of Saudi construction regulations, authority approvals, and project delivery practices.
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification is an added advantage.
