Job summary

JASARA PMC in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Project Manager - Fit Out/Theming to lead interior fit-out and theming projects from initiation to completion. You will coordinate design, construction, and operations teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure safety and quality standards while maintaining strong client and contractor relationships.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in fit-out or interior construction, with proven multi-disciplinary leadership and proficiency in project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field is required.
• Proven experience leading fit-out/theming or interior construction projects.
• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and risk in complex projects.
• Familiarity with project management software and collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of fit-out and theming projects from concept to completion.
• Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and suppliers to meet requirements and quality.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to hit deadlines and cost targets.
• Monitor progress and resolve issues to minimize delays and overruns.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders for alignment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct site visits to verify quality and adherence to specifications.
• Prepare reports and presentations for clients and internal management.
