JASARA PMC is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager - Fit Out to lead and manage fit‑out projects from conception through to completion. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience coordinating fit‑out works, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality interiors that meet client specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of fit‑out projects including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and procurement.
• Lead the coordination between clients, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Manage risks and resolve issues promptly to minimize impact on project timelines and costs.
• Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to track progress and address any challenges.
• Prepare and present detailed project reports and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure all fit‑out activities comply with contractual requirements, health and safety guidelines, and industry standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and enhance project delivery efficiency.
