• 10–15 years total finance/accounting experience.
• 3–5 years in a Financial Controller or senior finance leadership role.
• Construction or contracting industry experience essential.
• Qualified accountant preferred (CPA/ACCA/CA or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly financial close, management accounts, and reporting to senior leadership.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow across projects and business lines.
• Maintain project-level cost control in coordination with commercial teams.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory, tax, and audit requirements.
• Strengthen financial controls, policies, and internal governance.
• Partner with senior leadership on financial planning and business performance analysis.
