Cornerstone Global Partners (CGP Group) is seeking a Head of Finance to lead the regional finance function in Riyadh, overseeing strategic and operational finance across real estate, hospitality, and branded residences. Qualifications

8–12 years of progressive finance experience in multinational environments.
MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
Professional qualification (CPA/ACCA/CA/SOCPA) with deep IFRS and SOCPA/ZATCA exposure.
Real estate, hospitality, asset-heavy business background preferred.

Responsibilities

Own regional financial strategy and operating model across the region.
Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes.
Deliver timely, accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for leadership and investors.
Establish and monitor key financial and operational performance indicators.
Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance organization.
