Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, project controls, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in financial analysis, resource planning, workforce management, or comparable functions.
• Experience managing significant consultancy or professional services budgets.
• Background in infrastructure, construction, or large-scale projects.
• Advanced budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting skills.
• Strong ability to develop staffing plans and workforce forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Develop rolling financial forecasts for consultancy and professional services resources.
• Track actual PMC expenditure against budgets and forecasts.
• Perform monthly variance analysis between budget, forecast, commitments, and costs.
• Prepare resource-loading models and staffing plans across projects.
• Prepare monthly financial and resource performance reports for executive management.
