Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Professional certification in FM (IFMA CFM or BIFM/IWFM) preferred.
• PMP certification is an advantage.
• Minimum 12 years in FM or Account Management with mega/giga projects.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary client contact and maintain trusted relationships.
• Oversee delivery of FM services across the account and meet SLAs.
• Lead on-site teams across hard and soft services with strong controls.
• Collaborate cross-functionally for coordinated service delivery.
• Monitor performance, report to client and Account Director, and take corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with QHSE standards and company policies.
• Address client concerns and manage escalations professionally.
• Oversee planned preventive maintenance and reactive works to quality standards.
• Identify opportunities for service improvement and value enhancement.
