Job summary

C-Serv invites a highly skilled F5 Professional Services Consultant to manage key government contracts in KSA. The role blends on-site and remote work, requiring deep expertise in F5 product design, configuration, and deployment, and strong client-facing delivery.

You will lead architecture, installations, migrations, and security updates while guiding complex troubleshooting and health checks. A proactive consultant mindset and excellent interpersonal skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in architecture/design of network or system infrastructure.
• Experience in customer-facing roles as a consultant or engineer (3+ years).
• Proficient with F5 LTM/GTM/DNS and advanced modules (Viprion, iRules).
• Experience configuring AFM with IP intelligence is essential.
• Strong understanding of OSI layers 5-7 and web tech like HTTP/SSL.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design, deployment, and migrations for F5 engagements.
• Define architecture, specs, and deployment plans with clients.
• Deliver installations, configurations, and security updates across engagements.
• Develop and deliver client training and knowledge transfer.
• Identify new product or service opportunities within client orgs.
• Maintain relationships through scoping, delivery, and follow-up.
