Job summary

Candidates for the F5 Professional Services Consultant role at C-Serv Global Ltd will manage key government contracts in Saudi Arabia, delivering advanced F5 configurations and deployment solutions. The position combines on-site and remote work, requiring deep proficiency in F5 LTM/GTM/DNS, iRules, and AFM IP intelligence.

The ideal professional has 5+ years in network/system architecture, and strong client-facing experience.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience focusing on the architecture and design of network or system infrastructure.
At least 3 years’ experience in customer-facing roles as a consultant or engineer.
Proficient in working with F5 LTM, GTM, DNS; Viprion and iRules for 3 years.
Experience configuring AFM with IP intelligence (IPI).
Valid F5 certifications such as 101, 201, 301a, 301b, and 302 or above is advantageous.
Strong understanding of OSI layers 5 to 7.
Familiarity with HTTP, SSL, and web server administration (Apache or IIS).

Responsibilities

Enhance proficiency with F5 products through continuous learning and formal training.
Assume technical responsibilities including architecture definition, specifications, design, implementation, testing, training, and deployment.
Engage in consulting activities such as installations, migrations, upgrades, configurations, iRules creation, and security updates.
Identify and capitalize on additional product or service opportunities within client organizations.
Cultivate relationships with partners and customers through scoping, delivery, integration, documentation, and follow-up.
Perform basic project management tasks including status reporting, time tracking, and risk management.
Utilize F5 BIG-IP for automation or orchestration of deployment tasks and architect cloud deployment strategies.
Provide engineering expertise focused on application security and DoS/BOT mitigation.
