Job summary

Samsung E&A Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Senior EPC Proposal Engineer to lead the development and analysis of RFPs and RFQs for subcontracting works. You will drive estimation and proposal deliverables, ensuring strict client requirement compliance and cost accuracy during RFQ issuance.

You will collaborate with the Seoul office and internal teams, liaising with subcontractors to craft winning strategies, assess workloads, and provide management reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related field.
• 10+ years in EPC proposal engineering and tendering with Saudi Aramco project experience.
• Strong communication and MS Office proficiency; report writing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and analyze RFPs/RFQs for subcontracting works.
• Lead estimation and proposal deliverables, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
• Oversee RFQ issuance, conduct TBEs and CBEs for cost accuracy.
• Coordinate with Samsung E&A Seoul office and internal teams; act as liaison with subcontractors.
• Develop proposal strategies to maximize win probability and mitigate risks.
• Evaluate subcontractor workloads and provide management reporting.
