Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying is required.
• Strong English communication skills are essential.
• 6-9 years of experience as a QS/Estimation Engineer preferred.
• Experience with EPC or Main Contractor companies; consultancy experience will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project estimates and cost analyses.
• Coordinate with estimation and tender teams.
• Review BOQs, specifications, and tender documents.
• Support proposal preparation and bid submissions.
• Coordinate with clients and internal departments.
