Job summary

Samsung E&A Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior Proposal & Estimation Engineer to lead the preparation and analysis of RFPs/RFQs for subcontracting works. You will oversee tendering processes, ensure client requirements are met, and coordinate with the Seoul office as well as internal teams and subcontractors.

The role requires 10+ years in EPC proposal engineering with Saudi Aramco project experience, strong communication skills, and fluency in English and Arabic.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, MS Office proficiency, report writing.
• Experience with construction industry practices and tendering processes.
• Fluent in English and Arabic is stated as language requirement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and analyze RFPs/RFQs for subcontracting works.
• Lead estimation and proposal deliverables, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
• Oversee RFQ issuance, conduct TBEs and CBEs for cost accuracy.
• Coordinate with Samsung E&A Seoul office and internal teams; liaise with subcontractors.
• Develop proposal strategies to maximize win probability and mitigate risks.
• Evaluate subcontractor workloads and provide management reporting.
