The role requires 12–16 years of estimating experience, at least 5 years in a managerial capacity, and fluency in Arabic and English to interact with clients and suppliers. You will oversee costings, bid reviews, risk assessments, and develop the estimation team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 12–16 years of progressive construction estimating and tendering experience.
• At least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in Saudi Arabia with knowledge of local markets.
• Experience with EPC and main contracting companies.
• Experience with major civil, infrastructure, industrial projects.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead bid/no-bid assessments and present recommendations to management.
• Review tender documents and allocate approved tenders to the estimation team.
• Oversee quantity take-offs, cost estimates, RFQs, and supplier and subcontractor quotation evaluations.
• Review commercial and technical proposals to ensure accurate, competitive submissions.
• Assess tender risks, overhead costs, profit margins, and value-engineering opportunities.
• Participate in client meetings, site visits, tender clarifications, and negotiations.
• Lead post-bid reviews and maintain estimating procedures, cost information, and lessons learned.
• Manage, develop, and evaluate the Estimation Department team.
