Job summary

UXBERT Labs in Riyadh is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise-scale digital transformation programs on-site. The role demands strong governance, multi-vendor coordination, and executive-level communication to drive successful delivery.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in PM, PMP certification, and a consulting background, with fluency in English and Arabic. The position offers a competitive package and opportunities to work on cutting-edge AI projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of Project Management experience.
• At least 5 years leading enterprise-scale or government digital transformation programs.
• Big 4 consulting background (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG) or equivalent preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, CS, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent preferred.
• PMP Certification is mandatory.
• Additional certifications (PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, PMI-ACP) are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale digital transformation programs and strategic initiatives.
• Manage multiple complex projects within scope, budget, quality, and timeline.
• Establish governance, executive reporting, risk registers, RAID logs, and dashboards.
• Serve as the primary contact for executive stakeholders, steering committees, and C-level executives.
• Build relationships with government entities, enterprise clients, partners, and leadership teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (UX, CX, Product, Technology, Data, AI, PMO, vendors).
• Identify program risks and mitigation plans; proactively resolve delivery challenges.
• Mentor project managers and delivery teams; continuously improve PMO practices.
