Job summary

Brainlake Advertising LLC is seeking an experienced Functional CRM Solution Architect to lead the functional design and delivery of enterprise CRM solutions for large organizations. You will drive discovery, shape the functional architecture, and ensure that what gets built works for users as they go live and adopt the new system.

You will be hands-on and client-facing, guiding functional design across sales, service, marketing, and field operations, while collaborating with technical architects

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering enterprise CRM programs for complex organizations.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into functional designs and user stories.
• Proven track record in guiding architecture decisions and governance across multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with business stakeholders to capture objectives and processes.
• Map and redesign end-to-end customer processes (lead-to-cash, case management, service delivery, loyalty).
• Define functional CRM architecture across sales, service, marketing, and field operations.
• Support CRM platform evaluation, requirements, and fit analysis.
• Lead functional data modeling, 360-degree customer view, and access controls.
• Act as design authority for functional decisions and manage scope across workstreams.
• Define business-oriented data migration, integration requirements, and testing strategy.
• Shape training, change management, and adoption plans post go-live.
• Advise clients on CRM best practices and operating models.
• Produce artefacts like process maps and design documents.
