Job summary

Sohob is seeking an experienced CRM Team Lead to drive delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement CE solutions. You will lead a team of CRM consultants and serve as the primary interface between business and technical stakeholders.

Key focus areas include requirements gathering, solution design and implementation, and ensuring quality across the full CRM lifecycle. You will also support pre-sales activities and manage client relationships while delivering on-time, high-quality

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of CRM/Business Applications experience.
• Minimum 3+ years hands-on leadership or project coordination.
• Experience in full lifecycle CRM implementations and strong business process understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage CRM consultants to ensure successful project delivery.

We are looking for an experienced CRM Team Lead to lead the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement CE solutions The role involves managing a team driving project delivery and acting as the main point of contact between business and technical stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage CRM consultants and ensure successful project delivery


• Act as the main point of contact between business and technical teams


• Oversee requirements gathering, solution design and implementation


• Deliver and support D365 CE modules Sales Customer Service etc


• Monitor team performance, timelines and deliverables


• Ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards


• Support pre-sales activities demos client discussions


• Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolution


• Participate in UAT user training and system adoption

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE modules Sales Customer Service etc


• Experience with Power Platform is a plus


• Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions


• Experience with Microsoft partners or global projects

6 8 years of experience in CRM / Business Applications. Minimum 3+ years hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE. Proven experience in team leadership or project coordination. Experience in full lifecycle CRM implementations. Strong understanding of business processes and CRM solutions.
