Job summary

Brainlake Advertising LLC seeks a highly technical Adobe DXP Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise digital experience platforms for large organizations. You will shape target architecture across Adobe Experience Cloud and guide delivery teams to production-ready, scalable platforms.

This hands-on, client-facing role requires deep AEM expertise and strong communication with senior stakeholders to drive go-lives and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in digital/enterprise technology, including 6+ years architecting on the Adobe Experience Cloud.
• Proven track record leading Adobe implementations end to end on large-scale, multi-workstream programmes.
• Experience in a consulting or systems integration environment delivering for enterprise clients.
• Deep hands-on AEM expertise, including Cloud Service, components and templates, Sling/OSGi, Dispatcher, content and DAM architecture, and headless delivery.
• Strong working knowledge of AEP and its applications (RT-CDP, AJO, Target, Analytics / CJA) with data ingestion, schemas, and identity.
• Solid integration and cloud architecture skills, including REST APIs, Adobe I/O / App Builder, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• The ability to communicate architecture clearly to senior business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Comfort working independently in a contract capacity and getting productive quickly within client teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with stakeholders to understand objectives, landscapes, and customer requirements.
• Define end-to-end target architectures across AEM (Sites, Assets, Forms) and AEP products.
• Translate requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions.
• Document key architectural decisions (AEM Cloud vs on-prem, headless vs hybrid).
• Design integrations between Adobe products and enterprise platforms via APIs, events, and middleware.
• Define data models, XDM schemas, identity resolution, and audience segmentation.
• Provide technical leadership with code/design reviews and CI/CD via Cloud Manager.
• Ensure solutions meet performance, security, accessibility, and data privacy needs.
• Contribute to solutioning, estimation, and scoping for new phases and changes.
• Prototype approaches to reduce delivery risk and validate feasibility.
• Advise clients on roadmap, licensing, and adoption best practices.
• Produce architecture artefacts and integration specifications.
• Collaborate with UX, data, marketing, and delivery leads throughout project lifecycle.
