Job summary

Sohob is seeking an experienced CRM Team Lead to drive delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement CE solutions. You will lead a team of CRM consultants and serve as the primary interface between business and technical stakeholders.

Key focus areas include requirements gathering, solution design and implementation, and ensuring quality across the full CRM lifecycle. You will also support pre-sales activities and manage client relationships while delivering on-time, high-quality

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of CRM/Business Applications experience.
• Minimum 3+ years hands-on leadership or project coordination.
• Experience in full lifecycle CRM implementations and strong business process understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage CRM consultants to ensure successful project delivery.
• Act as the main contact between business and technical teams.
• Oversee requirements gathering, solution design and implementation.
• Deliver and support D365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, etc.).
• Monitor team performance, timelines and deliverables.
• Support pre-sales activities and client discussions.
