Job summary

Brainlake Advertising LLC is seeking a highly technical Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect to lead enterprise customer engagement platform design for large, complex organizations. You will shape target architecture across Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform and guide delivery teams to production-ready solutions.

You will work on enterprise-scale transformation programmes with demanding stakeholders and strong accountability for outcomes, bringing a point of view and experience to go-live.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise technology with 6+ years architecting on Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
• Proven track record leading Dynamics 365 implementations end-to-end on large, multi-workstream programs.
• Experience in a consulting or systems integration environment for enterprise clients.
• Deep hands-on expertise in Dynamics 365 and Dataverse including data modelling and security.
• Strong knowledge of the Power Platform governance, environments, and CoE approach.
• Excellent communication of architecture to senior stakeholders and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with business and technology stakeholders to capture objectives and requirements.
• Define end-to-end target architectures across Dynamics 365 Sales, Service, Field Service, and Customer Insights.
• Translate requirements into scalable, secure solutions balancing configuration, low-code and custom development.
• Design Dataverse data model, security model, and data migration approach.
• Design integrations between Dynamics 365 and ERP, marketing, telephony, and data platforms using Azure services and APIs.
• Provide technical leadership to delivery teams with design reviews, plugins, and ALM via Azure DevOps.
• Ensure performance, scalability, security, and data privacy incl. regional data residency.
• Advise clients on platform roadmap, licensing and adoption best practices.
• Produce architecture artefacts, integration specs, data models and decision records.
• Collaborate with consultants, data, integration and delivery leads through discovery to optimization.

Job description

We're looking for a highly technical Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise customer engagement platforms for large, complex organizations.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role for someone who is equally comfortable in a stakeholder workshop and in a technical design review. You'll understand how the business sells, serves, and engages its customers, shape the target architecture across Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, and guide delivery teams through to a production-ready, scalable solution.

You'll work on enterprise-scale transformation programmes with multiple workstreams, demanding stakeholders, and real accountability for outcomes. We want someone who brings a point of view, not just someone who executes a specification. You should have shaped solutions, defended architectural decisions, and seen them through go-live.

What You'll Do

• Lead discovery with business and technology stakeholders to understand objectives, current-state processes, and customer engagement requirements.
• Define end-to-end target architectures across Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Customer Insights (Data and Journeys).
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions, balancing configuration, low-code, and custom development.
• Make and document key architectural decisions, including fit-gap and out-of-the-box vs. custom approaches, environment strategy, data model design, and the security model.
• Design the Dataverse data model, the security architecture (business units, security roles, teams, field-level security), and the approach to data migration from legacy CRM systems.
• Design integrations between Dynamics 365 and enterprise platforms such as ERP (including Finance & Operations), marketing, telephony, identity, and data platforms, using Azure Integration Services, APIs, and event-driven patterns.
• Define the solution approach across the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Copilot Studio.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams, including design and code reviews for plugins, PCF controls, and custom workflows, development standards, and ALM through Azure DevOps or Power Platform Pipelines.
• Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, security, and data privacy requirements, including regional data residency where applicable.
• Contribute to solutioning, estimation, and scoping of new phases and change requests.
• Prototype and validate approaches before full implementation to reduce delivery risk.
• Identify opportunities to use Copilot and AI capabilities across Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform where they create real business value.
• Advise clients on platform roadmap, licensing implications, and adoption best practice.
• Produce high-quality architecture artefacts, including solution designs, integration specifications, data models, and technical decision records.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, data, integration, and delivery leads throughout discovery, design, build, and optimization.
• 10+ years in enterprise technology, including 6+ years architecting on Dynamics 365 CE / CRM.
• A track record of leading Dynamics 365 implementations end to end on large-scale, multi-workstream programmes.
• Experience in a consulting or systems integration environment, delivering for enterprise clients in a structured, client-facing delivery model.
• Deep hands-on expertise in Dynamics 365 and Dataverse, including data modelling, the security model, business process flows, plugins, and the Web API.
• Strong working knowledge of the Power Platform and its governance, including environments, DLP policies, and the CoE approach.
• Solid integration and Azure skills, including Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, API Management, and Azure Synapse Link / Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience leading data migration from legacy CRM platforms (for example, older Dynamics versions or Salesforce).
• The ability to communicate architecture clearly to senior business stakeholders and technical teams alike.
• Comfort working independently in a contract capacity and getting productive quickly within established client teams.

Nice to Have

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600) or Dynamics 365 functional certifications.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Contact Center, Omnichannel, or Field Service at scale.
• Experience in regulated or public-sector environments, such as financial services, government, or telecoms.
• GCC client experience and/or Arabic language skills.
