Job summary

AWS EMEA SARL (Saudi Arabia Branch) in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Sr. Sales Manager to lead a team of Enterprise Account Managers across the Kingdom, driving strategic engagements with top customers.

You will shape go-to-market plans aligned with Vision 2030, build C-level relationships, and guide cloud adoption across key verticals while coordinating cross-functional teams. Travel across KSA and MENAT may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining C-level client relationships.
• Experience in sales management of technology-related sales or comparable business development.
• Experience in strategic thinking about business, enterprise software products, and cloud/AI technology platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; fluent in English (Arabic is a strong plus).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of senior Enterprise Account Managers in KSA.
• Shape and execute KSA-specific go-to-market strategies aligned with Vision 2030 priorities and beyond.
• Establish and deepen C-level and board-level relationships with Saudi enterprise customers.
• Drive cloud adoption across key Saudi verticals (energy, telecom, financial services, conglomerates and others).
• Coordinate large teams across Solution Architecture, Professional Services, Support, Business Development and Partner teams.
• Build strategic partnerships with Saudi systems integrators and regional consulting firms.
• Consult customers on their digital transformation journey and position AWS as the long-term platform.
• Travel within KSA and the broader MENAT region as required.
