Job summary

AWS EMEA SARL (Saudi Arabia Branch) (Amazon) is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead AWS consultants, partners and client teams to deliver cloud solutions aligned with customer objectives. You will own end-to-end work streams, drive delivery, manage risks, and ensure governance is followed.

You will also mentor teams, apply leadership principles, and participate in recruiting and onboarding future colleagues.

Qualifications

5+ years of leading multiple Agile teams concurrently or at scale.
7+ years of leading and delivering enterprise-level IT engagements.
Bachelor's degree in STEM field.
Knowledge of cloud services such as AWS or equivalent.
Experience in leading multiple Agile teams concurrently or at scale.
7+ years of delivering customer engagements in a professional services role.

Responsibilities

Lead AWS consultants, partners and client teams to deliver engagements.
Manage work streams end-to-end, understand outcomes, lead delivery, manage risks, and governance.
Communicate with AWS teams and customer counterparts to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
Participate in recruitment and onboarding of future team members.
Travel to client locations and deliver professional services when needed.
