Job summary

AWS EMEA SARL (Saudi Arabia Branch) is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead and deliver IT engagements for enterprise clients. You will manage end-to-end work streams, align with customer outcomes, and drive governance to ensure successful cloud-based solutions.

You will lead multiple Agile teams, coordinate with AWS stakeholders and client executives, and travel to client locations as needed to ensure delivery excellence and strong customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5 years of leading multiple Agile teams or at scale.
• 7 years of leading and delivering enterprise IT engagements.
• Bachelor's degree in STEM field.
• Knowledge of cloud services such as AWS.
• Experience in enterprise IT as a vendor consultant or similar.
• 7 years delivering customer engagements in a professional services role.

• Manage projects independently and as part of larger teams.
• Own end-to-end work streams from understanding outcomes to delivery.
• Communicate effectively with AWS teams, stakeholders, and customer counterparts.
