Job summary

SSC Egypt is seeking an experienced Senior Employee Relations Officer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires strong knowledge of Saudi Labour Law, proficient grievance handling, investigations, and disciplinary procedures, with excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.

Candidates with SAP or SAP SuccessFactors experience are preferred, and Saudi nationals are favored. Minimum 5 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Arts or related field are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Arts or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and employee relations.
• Experience in grievance handling, investigations and disciplinary procedures.
• Good communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Knowledge of SAP / SAP SuccessFactors is preferred.
• Saudi National preferred.
