Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Technical Certification in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical work, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and installations in commercial/industrial projects.
• Familiarity with SBC and other regulations; Registration with SCE.
• Proven team management and coordination with stakeholders.
• Ability to read electrical blueprints, schematics, and drawings.
• GOSI compliance for KSA-based roles; ISO 45001 and NEBOSH familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of electricians and technicians to complete electrical installations and maintenance tasks.
• Ensure compliance with SBC, project specs, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other foremen to align work with timelines.
• Inspect and test electrical systems, equipment, and components for hazards/defects.
• Monitor progress to meet schedules and quality benchmarks.
• Prepare and maintain daily reports, work logs, and material usage.
• Train and mentor team members on technical skills and safety protocols.
• Order and manage inventory of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues to minimize delays.
• Enforce safety regulations including PPE and ISO 45001 norms.
• Collaborate with quality control teams to meet standards.
