Job summary

BEC Arabia is seeking a Technical - Electrical Team Leader in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. You will lead a team of electrical engineers to design, implement, and assure quality of electrical systems for large-scale projects in line with SBC, SCE, and green building standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 10 years of electrical engineering experience in construction or infrastructure.
• Active membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP, and other electrical design software.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi Building Code (SBC) and other relevant standards.
• Demonstrated experience in managing teams and delivering complex projects.
• Familiarity with Mostadam and LEED or other green building certification systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical engineering team in the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems for large-scale construction and infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other engineering disciplines for seamless integration of electrical systems.
• Develop detailed electrical designs, schematics, and layouts using AutoCAD Electrical and ETAP.
• Ensure SBC, SCE regulations, and other standards compliance.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to meet scope and quality.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to verify electrical installation quality and safety.
