BEC Arabia is seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to oversee on-site construction activities in Riyadh. Report to Site Engineer and Project Manager, lead skilled workers and subcontractors while ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence on iconic infrastructure projects.

The role demands a Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management with 8+ years in construction site supervision, including 3 years in a Foreman role.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction site supervision, with at least 3 years in a Foreman role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily construction site activities to ensure compliance with plans, schedules, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, and subcontractors for seamless task execution.
• Monitor and enforce adherence to safety protocols including PPE usage per OSHA/ISO 45001.
• Inspect and verify quality of materials, workmanship, and methods to meet specs.
• Prepare and maintain daily progress reports (labor, materials, equipment).
• Allocate resources effectively to optimize productivity.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly (technical, shortages, disputes).
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.
• Ensure compliance with SBC and local regulations.
• Assist in planning and scheduling with project team.
• Train and mentor junior staff and laborers.
• Liaise with inspectors and authorities for approvals.
