Job summary

The PAC Group is delivering a major international greenfield manufacturing launch in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We are recruiting Senior Process Engineers to own end-to-end process areas within the e-drive assembly and test line and to lead the factory ramp to full production onsite.

You will coordinate with suppliers and customers, drive takt‑based production, and implement robust quality and safety practices on the factory floor, with relocation to KSA for the project duration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or MSc in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, Manufacturing, Materials or Industrial Engineering.
• 5–10 years of process engineering experience in high-volume manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Own the process definition for your assigned perimeter, including process flow, parameter windows, control plans, PFMEA, and change control.
• Lead equipment commissioning, SAT, DOE activities, and qualification runs to establish initial parameter windows.
• Deliver APQP and PPAP requirements for your assigned area.
• Drive the production ramp by reducing scrap, rework, and downtime while building a prioritized improvement backlog.
