Job summary

The PAC Group recruits Senior Process Engineers for an onsite, Saudi Arabia‑based project creating an electric drive unit manufacturing line. You will own the process definition, run commissioning, qualification, and ramp‑up, and coordinate APQP/PPAP with suppliers and customers.

Strong emphasis on data analytics and problem solving. Relocation to Saudi Arabia for the full duration (Sept 2026–Dec 2027) is required.

Qualifications

MSc or equivalent engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, Manufacturing, or related discipline.
Minimum 5–10 years of process engineering experience in high‑volume manufacturing, ideally within automotive sectors.
Hands‑on production-floor experience with direct ownership of a manufacturing process at rate.

Responsibilities

Own the process definition including flow, cycle‑time, parameter windows, control plans, PFMEA, and change control from install through stable production.
Lead equipment commissioning, SAT, DOE, and process capability studies; establish initial parameter windows.
Deliver APQP and PPAP requirements for your area and drive the ramp to full production.
Diagnosis and elimination of bottlenecks, balancing stations and reducing downtime.
Train and mentor production technicians on processes, troubleshooting, and reaction plans.
