Job summary

Lucid Motors in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Sr Test Engineer, Dynamometer to own dynamometer operations at AMP-2, from commissioning through ramp to SOP. The role emphasizes test integrity, correlation, and disciplined problem solving in a greenfield facility.

You will lead dyno stations, map efficiency, and validate torque, speed and power measurements, while ensuring instrumentation health and safety compliance across HV systems and integration with MES and IIoT tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5 to 8 years in dyno test engineering (EV or automotive).
• Fluent in English; Arabic strongly preferred.
• ISO 17025 knowledge (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own dyno stations operations and test cycles.
• Maintain dyno readiness and safety compliance.
• Develop automated test sequences using LabVIEW where applicable.
• Ensure data integrity and traceability of measurements.
• Support manufacturing launch readiness and troubleshooting.
