Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering with automotive experience.
- 5+ years (BSc) or 6+ years (MSc) in vehicle attribute design/release.
- Experience in power electronics product development or improvement.
- Six Sigma Green/Black Belt preferred.
Responsibilities
- Solve complex inverter power electronics problems and interface software.
- Perform root cause analysis and containment for product issues.
- Establish troubleshooting depth for inverter components and test equipment.
- Define design intent assembly requirements on the line with cross-functional teams.
- Support new product launches and deviations in manufacturing.
- Assist with high-volume ramp activities and process improvements.
- Lead product changes to address known issues with production alignment.
