Lucid Motors in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Sr. Electrical Engineer, Inverter, to own design intent and verification for inverter power electronics. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet EOL specs, lead containment actions, and ensure robust design across high-volume production.

You will apply advanced data analysis, root-cause analysis, and DFMEA/PFMEA techniques, while supporting new product launches and process improvements to sustain Lucid's Compromise Nothing ethos.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering with automotive experience.
• Experience in development or improvement of Power Electronics products.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• EIT certification or equivalent engineering fundamentals.
• Collegiate FSAE/BAJA or similar experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Solve complex inverter power electronics problems and related interfaces.
• Data-driven root cause analysis and issue prevention in production.
• Establish depth to troubleshoot inverter components and test equipment.
• Ensure design intent assembly requirements on the line with cross-functional teams.
• Support new product launches and concessions for manufacturing tests.
• Support high-volume production ramp activities.
• Lead product change management for compatibility and design issues.
