Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Dry Utilities Engineer in Riyadh to lead multidisciplinary infrastructure projects, focusing on dry utilities networks like power, substations, and telecoms. The role emphasizes data analysis, data-driven reporting, and safety culture.

You will apply your extensive GCC experience to coordinate utilities, manage budgets, and deliver high-quality engineering designs in a fast-paced environment, while mentoring a growing team and liaising with clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in dry utilities engineering, with significant UAE/GCC infrastructure project experience.
• Proven experience leading complex multidisciplinary infrastructure and utilities projects.
• Extensive knowledge of power distribution systems, substations, street lighting, telecommunications, ICT, and security infrastructure.
• Experience managing utility coordination and obtaining authority approvals for major developments.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, DIALux, and related engineering software.
• Strong project management, design management, and construction support experience.
• Excellent communication, technical report writing, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage project budgets and resources.
• Experience in sustainable infrastructure, renewable energy integration, and smart city developments is advantageous.
• Ability to deliver multiple projects within a fast-paced multidisciplinary environment.
• Commitment to technical excellence, innovation, quality, and client service.
