Job summary

AtkinsRéalis Riyadh seeks a Senior Dry Utilities Engineer to support GCC infrastructure projects, designing dry utilities networks including power (MV/LV), substations, street lighting and telecoms.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate utility approvals, and ensure HSE excellence while delivering multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, and DIALux is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years GCC dry utilities experience in infrastructure projects.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary infrastructure projects.
• Extensive knowledge of power distribution, substations, lighting, telecoms.
• Experience coordinating utilities approvals with authorities.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, DIALux and related software.
• Strong project and construction support experience.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder engagement, and budgeting ability.
• Experience in sustainable infrastructure and smart city developments is advantageous.
