Job summary

Parsons seeks an experienced Document Controls Manager in Riyadh to lead document control operations and ensure accurate project documentation across programs. You will manage EDMS, SharePoint libraries, and department workloads, guiding teams and coordinating with project managers and client counterparts.

The role demands extensive leadership, strong technical knowledge of electronic records, and a commitment to consistent procedures and performance improvements on-site in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 20 years of related professional experience, including at least 10 years as a Document Controls Manager.
• Experience with electronic document management systems (EDMS).
• Experience supervising document control personnel and coordinating workloads.
• Ability to establish work standards and monitor performance.
• Experience maintaining electronic documentation and project libraries.
• Ability to provide technical guidance for document management issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead document control leadership and supervision across the department.
• Oversee the administration and maintenance of electronic document management systems (EDMS) and SharePoint libraries.
• Manage mailbox traffic and processing workflows for incoming documentation.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Delivery Order Managers, and client representatives to plan resources.
• Provide staff training and development in document control procedures and tools.
