Job summary

HanmiGlobal Saudi is seeking a highly organized Senior Document Controller (Infrastructure) – LDIP to oversee all project documentation across infrastructure and land development projects.

The role requires extensive experience in document control within PMC or engineering consultancy environments, with strong knowledge of EDMS and the ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, consultants, and contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
• Professional certification in Document Control is an advantage.
• Experience in document control within PMC or engineering consultancy environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end document control for infrastructure and land development projects.
• Log, distribute, track, and archive project documents accurately.
• Maintain numbering, revision control, transmittals, and document registers per procedures.
• Verify document quality and compliance before distribution.
