Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field.
• Master's degree will be considered a plus.
• 15–20 years minimum experience in supply chain or logistics, preferably hospitality or luxury resorts.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in using SCM software, inventory systems and other relevant tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; build relationships with suppliers.

Role

Reporting to the Head of Logistics of Supply Chain and Logistics this role will be responsible for ensuring the successful operations of the RSG supply chain transportation and logistics operations for our destination. The role will be pivotal in ensuring seamless and world-class operations for various resorts including Catering Laundry and other logistical requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Strategic ContributionContribute to the implementation of the annual business plan and targets and implement the strategic agenda of the department to deliver RSG vision and mission Implement the Supply Chain and Logistics departmental strategy department and monitor the performance and execution of those plans to achieve functional objectives and deliver the company s strategy
• LeadershipEnsure that all work is carried out efficiently in line with the strategic project management plans policies and procedures Build and lead a motivated engaged and competent team by setting priorities and objectives managing performance and providing ongoing feedback and coaching to meet the functional challenges and goals Serve as a role model to ensure employees awareness and commitment to TRSDC vision mission values fundamentals and corporate strategy to establish a highly engaged and motivated human resources and continuously improve performance
• BudgetContribute to the preparation of the functional budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs revenues areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalized upon
• Supply Chain and LogisticsContribute to the Development and implementation of Logistics strategies create and execute comprehensive strategies to optimize supply chain and logistics functions across all resorts ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations Provide guidance to the team leaders of supply chain effectively leading and motivating them to achieve departmental and organizational goals Oversee Vendor Management function ensure establishing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers vendors and service providers negotiating favorable contracts and ensuring the delivery of top-quality goods and services Implementation of SCM systems to enhance supply chain and logistics operations Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to coordinate transportation and distribution of goods overseeing delivery schedules and ensuring timely arrivals Monitor and analyze operational costs related to transportation procurement storage and distribution identifying and implementing cost-saving initiatives without compromising on quality Lead the development of quality control standards for all incoming supplies ensuring consistency and meeting the hospitality standards of our resorts Ensure strict adherence to all relevant regulations legal requirements and company policies mitigating risk in all supply chain and logistics activities
• Policies Systems Processes Procedures Standards and ReportsEnsure that RSCTC adhere to all relevant functional policies processes standard operating procedures and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner Ensure the preparation of accurate and timely functional MIS statements and reports to meet corporate and functional requirements policies and standards
• Safety Quality amp EnvironmentApply safety quality and environmental management policies procedures and controls to ensure employee safety legislative compliance delivery of high-quality products service and a responsible environmental attitude
• Continuous ImprovementContribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of department s systems processes and practices considering international best practice improvement of business processes cost reduction and productivity improvement

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A master's degree will be considered a plus.
• Proven experience of at least 15 -20 years minimum in supply chain management, logistics, or related roles, preferably in the hospitality industry or luxury resort operations.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain management principles, logistics operations, and best practices.
• Proficiency in using supply chain management software, inventory management systems, and other relevant technological tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze complex data and make strategic decisions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to overcome supply chain and logistics challenges.
