Quest Search and Selection is seeking a proactive Logistics Specialist to ensure smooth product flow from warehouse to customer, while driving continuous improvement across logistics and supply chain operations.

You will manage 3PL relationships, monitor inventory accuracy, collaborate with internal teams, and optimise costs while upholding the highest service standards in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills and ERP experience are essential.

Formación

• 3-5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, transportation or fulfilment operations.
• Experience working with third-party logistics providers (3PLs).
• Strong understanding of inventory management, stock control, and warehouse operations.
• Experience analysing operational performance, costs and process efficiencies.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.
• Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day relationships with third-party logistics providers, ensuring service levels and performance.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, stock movement, and warehouse performance; resolve discrepancies.
• Support warehouse governance, stock audits, cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Analyse logistics costs, transportation performance and KPIs to identify efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with customer service and commercial teams to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement across logistics processes, delivery performance and workflows.
• Support tender processes, supplier reviews and performance evaluations for logistics partners.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and local logistics requirements.
• Assist with importation, customs and related supply chain activities where required.
• Prepare and analyse operational reports to support decision-making.

This position sits at the heart of the customer journey, working closely with internal stakeholders, warehouse partners, delivery providers, and regional teams to ensure products are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in line with the highest service standards. You will be responsible for managing logistics performance, maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting third-party logistics providers, and identifying opportunities to improve operational processes and cost efficiency. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain and logistics operations, be comfortable working with data and performance metrics, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and problem-solving are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience within logistics, supply chain, warehousing, transportation, or fulfilment operations.

• Experience analysing operational performance, costs, and process efficiencies.
