Red Sea Global is seeking a Senior Director – Contract Logistics to lead the supply chain, transportation and logistics for its destination resorts in Saudi Arabia. You will oversee operations across catering, laundry and other hospitality logistics to ensure world-class service.

Reporting to the Head of Logistics, you will shape strategy, build and coach a high‑performing team, drive cost efficiency, manage vendor contracts, ensure compliance and safety, and align logistics with the company’s

Formación

Minimum 15–20 years of experience in supply chain or logistics, preferably in hospitality or luxury resort operations.
Bachelor's degree in SCM, Logistics, or business administration; master's degree is a plus.

Responsabilidades

Lead the development and execution of the department's strategic plan for supply chain and logistics.
Oversee operations across resorts, including procurement, transport, and distribution.
Build and mentor a high-performing team and monitor performance.
Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
Ensure compliance with regulations, safety, and quality standards.
